Through the S&P Global app powered by the Kensho LLM-ready API, clients can now ask complex financial questions in natural language and receive fast, reliable responses grounded in trusted data and insights from S&P Global.
S&P Global's financial data is now available within ChatGPT Enterprise. Through a verified S&P Global MCP app, users can ask complex financial questions and receive fast, reliable answers grounded in trusted data from S&P Global directly within their ChatGPT workspace.
To access S&P Global data through ChatGPT Enterprise, navigate to ChatGPT's Apps tab and connect to the S&P Global app to log into your authorized account. This integration connects the Kensho LLM-ready API and its wealth of S&P Global datasets to OpenAI's ChatGPT, enabling customers to perform tasks such as valuing public companies, conducting equity research, creating M&A target profiles, and much more.
How it works: Using the Model Context Protocol (MCP), Kensho built an MCP server for the Kensho LLM-ready API enabling seamless access to S&P Global's trusted financial and market data. Datasets now available through ChatGPT include:

- Business Relationships
- Machine Readable Transcripts
- Company Intelligence
- Transactions
- Private Company Financials
- S&P Capital IQ Estimates
