API request to 1st map CIQ id to BECRS Entity Rx id, then to request Issuer, local currency long term ratings. Please note, you must extract the primary and active RX id out of BECRS_ENTITY_RX and prefix a RX to the id returned prior to requesting the rating mnemonic.
