Returns Preliminary Ratings

The following sample SQL query returns the current (ratingStatusIndicator = 1) Foreign Currency Preliminary LT (ratingTypeId = 276) and the Local Currency Preliminary LT (ratingTypeId = 278) ratings using the SP Capital IQ packages
